Lu'khas.

Never forget what lies within.

This is a gift for a friend, so it'll never be sold in any way. It's my first serious charcoal drawing, and currently my favourite drawing in existance. I find it fun to compare with other drawings of Lu.

Oh, yeah, Lu's a demon of my own design. (Demon being a loose term for a particular race of shadow beings.)

I like the design of it. The big hair style usually doesnt work too well with most characters but it works out with yours. Most artist opt to use wind swept hair to show someone that's being malicious or evil in some ways. ( the common way that demons are shown to be. ) But I like how you did not use this type of style but used the big hair which still carries the evil type look but yet makes her look more inhuman than wind swept hair.

Thanks. You know, I never really thought about it that way. It's just always been in my head that the demons tend to have shorter, wilder hair, and angels have long silky hair. I guess I've always seen demons as something wild and untamed, like big hair. ^_^

Understandable. Breaking away from the norm is the mark of a true artist. Taking things that should not work together and finding a way to make them work. It's cool. I'm Devwatching you.

i like this picture all but the words across the middle of the drawing i mean that takes skill to get the words to blend with the picture like that : P lol im jk i think that this is a very good drawing i like the face on it and if i had an imagination i think that is what it would think up lol anywho take care byebye then
